This card costs 9.00 If you have the card you must send us either the card or a clear picture of the card that shows all the information or pay the 9.00 fee again. If you need a card please add that as a separate option All licenses have a 10.00 Shipping and Handling Fee per person for regular post. Tractable postage prices upon request. Note all licenses are sent by postage unless requested by purchaser. Purchaser assumes ALL responsibility for lost licenses if they are sent by regular mail. Note there is not a card needed for the One Day so we have reduced the price of the license, but included the card fee. You will NOT get a card as the only way we can set this up here is this way ALL information MUST be filled out including start dates on 1 day and 8 Day licenses. Licenses are sent out every Friday from Detroit unless requested to be shipped by courier. ALL information MUST be filled out or order will not be sent.
